Masterplanning of Pedrezuela, Madrid

The Masterplan of the town of Pedrezuela, near Madrid, is undertaken. 

First, a critical analysis of the current plan is carried out, questioning its solutions and carrying out a rigorous analysis that leads us to various conclusions.

The potential of the river must be exploited in order to provide Pedrezuela with a green promenade that also allows its atomised distribution to be united. The centre of the village, with the urbanisations to the west and north, larger in surface than the urban nucleus itself.

A detailed study of the most suitable typologies for future growth of Pedrezuela is carried out, as well as equipments that accompany this great green axis that vertebrates the project.
